This service offers one-to-one support and structured courses for anyone experiencing common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. It is available to anyone who is registered with a GP in Manchester and is aged 18 years and above

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and other psychological therapies for mild to moderate mental health problems including depression, anxiety, stress, work related stress, post traumatic stress disorder, anger management, obsessive compulsive disorder, difficulty sleeping, body dysmorphia disorder, social anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder (excessive worry), low self esteem, phobias, eating issues, sexuality related concerns, health anxiety, panic and agoraphobia. 

Our range of treatment programmes are designed to give you the right information and to help you develop the skills you need to overcome your problems. We have a range of options on offer, including short courses which run regularly in locations near you (suspended during Covid-19), or online help which you can use from the convenience of home .
