Sexual Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social sexual health and wellbeing-being and not merely the absence of sexually transmitted disease or infirmity. The enjoyment of the highest attainable stander of sexual health is one of the fundamental right so every man being, without distinction of race, religion, political belief, economic or social condition. Through this guide, we hope to start redefining what sexual health means for LGBTQ+ Black and People of Colour. We’re taking back control of our bodies!

Reproductive Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity, in all matter relating to the reproductive system and to its functions and processes. This implies that people are able to have a satisfying and safe sex life and that they have the capability to reproduce and the freedom to decide if, when and how often to do so.
